Musso & Frank GrillOpen on the same stretch of the Boulevard since 1919, with red-jacketed waiters and bartenders who mix the martini in a small shaker and leave the rest of it beside you in a carafe on ice. La PoubelleJacqueline Koster opened this on Franklin in 1969 with crepes and omelettes and Edith Piaf on the stereo, and her daughter Francoise runs the kitchen now. It is a full bistro with a long bar that keeps pouring after the kitchen shuts. The back patio is where people end up.
