By using The Rounds — this website or our app — you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

What this is

The Rounds is a listings and planning service for live events in Nashville. We tell you what's playing and help you build a night around it. We are not a ticket seller, a promoter, or affiliated with the venues we list.

Listings are our best information, not a guarantee

Start times, prices, lineups and age policies come from venue calendars and public sources, and they change without telling us. Openers get added, doors move, events get canceled. Before you drive across town, confirm with the venue. We are not responsible for an event that doesn't happen the way this site said it would.

The same goes for walking times, distances and the stops we suggest around an event. They are suggestions. Check hours and get yourself there safely.

Tickets

Ticket links go to the venue or its ticketing partner. Your purchase is with them, under their terms, and refunds and exchanges are theirs to handle. We don't take a cut of ticket sales.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and don't use the service to break the law or to harass anyone. We can suspend an account that does. You can delete yours at any time by emailing hello@theroundsmusic.com.

Our content

The writing, curation, design and name are ours. Link to us freely and quote us with credit. Scraping the site wholesale, republishing our listings as your own, or using them to train a commercial model is not permitted. Artist photographs belong to their owners and appear here under the terms of their sources.

Liability

The Rounds is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it — a wasted trip, a missed set, a cancelled show. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get a new date at the top, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
