La ParrillaA full restaurant on Cesar Chavez with a tiled bar and a molcajete that arrives still bubbling. The waiters have worked there for decades. The menu runs long and covers mole, carne asada and seafood, and the margaritas are the reason a lot of tables stay past dessert. L.A. Taco treats it as the neighborhood's occasion restaurant rather than a quick stop.
