Pedalers ForkOne building on Calabasas Road holding a 10 Speed Coffee bar, a scratch kitchen, a bar and a bicycle shop, which works because the Santa Monica Mountains road rides start and end here. Coffee from six in the morning and food through the afternoon. Dinner service runs Thursday through Saturday. Cyclists in kit share the patio with people who drove, and nobody minds.

Yume Sushi BarA sushi bar on the Old Town strip with a long sake list and kushiyaki off the grill as well as the usual rolls and sashimi. It splits the day, noon to 2:30pm and then from 5pm, running to 10:30pm on weeknights and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. You can sit at the bar without booking. Valet and street parking.
