Charcoal Korean BBQKorean barbecue over charcoal on the west end of Soledad Canyon, open noon to 10pm every single day with no reservations taken. The all-you-can-eat needs two adults, so a solo diner orders off the à la carte side, which the operator states plainly rather than burying. It is the only place on this stretch where the meal itself takes an hour and a half, so it belongs before a show and not after.

Everest BurgersA burger counter on Soledad Canyon that opens at 6:30 in the morning and does not shut until 11pm, midnight on a Friday and Saturday. Burgers, pastrami, breakfast served all day, a gyro on the board. It is the one place near the club that is reliably open both before an afternoon show and after a late one, and the 1,700-odd ratings say the neighborhood treats it as the default.
