Shape The Night
Before
Dan Tana'sOpened in 1964 by Dobrivoje Tanasijevic, a Serbian former soccer player who had been maitre d' at La Scala. He kept the neon sign frame from the restaurant he took over. Around twenty tables in a 1929 bungalow, red checked cloths, and dishes named after regulars. The Troubadour is next door.

SwingersA corner diner on the ground floor of the 1967 Beverly Laurel, red vinyl booths and loud music until three in the morning. It shut in the spring of 2020 and reopened that November under Stephanie Wilson, who had worked there since 2011, first as a server and then as general manager.
