Groundwork CoffeeAn eight-foot-wide storefront in a building put up for Wells Fargo Bank, one of the oldest multistory buildings in Hollywood. The company roasts its own coffee and there is a short breakfast and lunch menu. Seating is a handful of stools and a bench outside.

Formosa CafeThe bar runs through a Pacific Electric Red Car trolley built around 1904, parked here in 1925 as the Red Post Cafe and renamed Formosa in 1939. It closed at the end of 2016 and the 1933 Group spent roughly two and a half million dollars putting it back, reopening in June 2019.
