It is a genuine place to spend forty minutes before a film rather than a fallback, and it is the only free indoor seat in Old Town that does not require buying something. Open until 8pm four nights a week, which is later than most of the street.

A bar in a building that has been on this corner since 1878, a block off Main by the old rail line. The food is panini-style sandwiches built on naan, which is an odd thing to find in a bar and is the thing people order. It keeps the latest hours in Old Town Newhall, which in a valley where most of the strip is dark by ten makes it the only real answer to a film that ends at 10:30pm.
