Shape The Night
Before
Stories Books & CafeAn independent bookstore that opened on Sunset in November 2008, with new and used stock and a cafe at the back that pours coffee, beer and wine. The 9pm close is unusual for a bookshop and makes it usable on the way to a show.
7:00 PM · VLSF & KCRW Presents: Shiner / Fotocrime / Flesh Car
After
The Gold RoomA Sunset Boulevard bar that puts out free tacos, popcorn and peanuts when the kitchen feels like it, and runs a beer and whiskey shot for nine dollars. Karaoke on Mondays. The noon open is the earliest on this stretch.
