Apotheke gives Chinatown cocktails a botanical bent, with music bookings that include vinyl sets as well as drinks made from herbs and produce.
The North Spring Street bar prepares its cocktail ingredients in house. Menus have used chamomile, cardamom, tarragon and other ingredients more familiar from a kitchen than a backbar.
