ComedySportz

Comedy Club · A visiting production at LA Connection Theatre in Burbank, 3435 Magnolia Blvd

An interactive, all-ages improv show that has run continuously for decades and currently plays as a visiting production at LA Connection Theatre in Burbank.

CSz Los Angeles has been putting on interactive comedy for all ages for close to thirty years, and ComedySportz is the show that made the company known. Improvised musicals and other formats run under the same banner.

The show started at the West Coast Ensemble Theatre in Hollywood, and the company bills it as the longest-running production in Los Angeles history. It now turns up as a visiting production on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank rather than in a building of its own.

Corporate bookings and training are a substantial part of the business alongside the public shows. When venues shut in 2020, the company moved its performances online inside a week.
