A solar-powered mobile recording studio and video channel that started as a backyard project in 2011 and has since filmed more than a thousand bands.
Jake Cotler, Dave Bell and Louis Peek built the operation around a van, filming live sessions in remote locations across the country instead of in a studio. New sessions post on weekdays.
The Motor Avenue address is the base for anything not filmed on the road. The origin shows in the format: sessions are short, live and recorded, and the audience for most of them is on the internet rather than in the space.
