MOCA Grand Avenue

MOCA's downtown museum runs artist-film programs in its auditorium, keeping moving-image work tied directly to contemporary-art exhibitions and curatorial practice.

The MOCA Artist Film Series began in 2023 and returned in 2026 with work by contemporary artists followed by conversations.

Screenings take place in the Ahmanson Auditorium and emphasize video art, short work and artist context rather than commercial releases.
