DTLA: Broadway, in Central L.A.
Orpheum Theatre
Comedy Venue · 842 S Broadway
A 1926 Broadway theater that occasionally hosts large comedy dates between concerts, special events and touring stage productions.
The Orpheum opened as the final Los Angeles house in the Orpheum vaudeville circuit and has carried live entertainment through several eras.
Comedy here is an event booking, not the daily house format, with the historic theater scale doing much of the work.
