Hollywood, in Central L.A.
Yeah Mon Comedy Lounge
Comedy Club · 7551 Melrose Ave
Jeff Hodge's Melrose comedy showcase, a Saturday bill that stacks a number of comics rather than building around one, with unannounced celebrity pop-ins.
Hodge runs the show and a comedy school under his own name, and he frames both around a group of people who keep coming back rather than a rotating cast of strangers.
The bill puts several comics in a single show instead of a headliner with support, and well-known names appear without notice. The address is on Melrose, with street parking and no lot of its own.
