Tasty Hand-Pulled NoodlesOn the bend of Doyers Street, with the dough being pulled in an open kitchen a few feet from the tables. Bowls start around five dollars. The knife-cut noodles pan-fried are the better order over the thin hand-pulled ones. Cash only, and tables get shared once it fills.

Scarr's PizzaScarr Pimentel opened this in 2016 after learning to make pizza at Lombardi's, and the kitchen mills part of its own wheat and blends it with flour from upstate New York. In June 2023 it crossed Orchard Street into a bigger space at number 35. Order a plain slice at the counter and take a booth.
