Nitehawk CinemaA first-run and repertory cinema on Metropolitan Avenue, open since 2011 in the shell of the old Charles Theater, with food and drink brought to the seat during the film. It still runs 35mm. Matinees start in the late morning on weekends.

The LeveeTwenty-odd years on the corner of Berry and North 3rd, pouring cheap beer and putting out bowls of Utz cheese balls for nothing. The kitchen does chili dogs and Frito pie. There is a pool table, a dartboard and a jukebox that has not been curated by anyone.
