Shape The Night
Before
Grand Army Plaza GreenmarketGrowNYC's flagship Brooklyn market, set up along the northwest corner of Prospect Park every Saturday of the year. Upstate growers, a cider stand, bread, and a compost and textile drop-off at the Flatbush end. It is outdoors and it runs in January the same as it does in July.

After
Washington CommonsA beer bar on Washington Avenue with a long back yard that dogs are welcome in and a draft list in the high teens. Nobody is working the door and nobody is checking a list. It is the kind of place where the same people are there on a Tuesday at six and a Saturday at ten.
