Godwin-Ternbach MuseumThe only comprehensive art collection in Queens, about six thousand objects held on the fourth floor of Klapper Hall at Queens College. It runs from ancient Egyptian and classical material through prints by Dürer and Rembrandt to twentieth-century work, and it mounts changing shows alongside the permanent holdings. Admission is free. It keeps university hours, which means weekdays and the academic calendar.

Izakaya NanaA sake and shochu place on the Korean stretch of Northern Boulevard, built out to look like a village lane with wood and lanterns. Skewers and small plates come out all night alongside sake flights, and it keeps going until two in the morning every day of the week. Walk-ins sit at the counter.
