Everything is baked on the premises and sold by the slice. It stays open to eleven at the end of the week, which is unusual for a bakery anywhere in Chelsea.

It is plain inside and the crowd is mostly regulars and the gay sports leagues whose nights it hosts. No cover, no line, and it opens at one in the afternoon on weekends.
