The Paris CafeA bar on the ground floor of the Meyer's Hotel building at Peck Slip, with a long wooden counter that has been serving this corner of the waterfront since the 1870s. Hurricane Sandy flooded the block and closed it, and it came back. Happy hour runs 4pm to 7pm Wednesday through Saturday.

Fresh SaltA corner bar on Beekman Street that serves the people who live in the Seaport rather than the people photographing it. Beer and cocktails with a short food menu, and a happy hour that runs four hours every day. The 2am close on Thursday and Friday is the latest thing standing on these blocks.
