Patsy Grimaldi came out of retirement in 2012 and opened Juliana's in the Old Fulton Street space where he had run Grimaldi's for decades, naming it after his mother. Coal oven, whole pies only, no slices and no reservations. The kitchen shuts between 3:15 and 4 in the afternoon, and the line outside moves because the oven turns a pie in minutes.

Coal oven, whole pies only, with no slices. It takes no reservations, and the line forms on the sidewalk outside. The hours are wider than its neighbor Juliana's, running to 11pm every night and midnight on weekends.
