Prospect Heights, in Brooklyn
Barclays Center
Arena · 620 Atlantic Avenue
Barclays Center puts arena concerts on the same floor where Brooklyn's basketball teams play, with a crowd measured in thousands.
The Prospect Heights arena opened in September 2012 with a run of Jay-Z shows. Concerts share the building with the Nets and Liberty, so the stage and floor layout change with the booking.
This is the city's large-production end of live music: major tours, multiple-date engagements and full supporting bills. Seating charts matter here because a basketball arena becomes a different shape for each production.
