Dead Letter No. 9 combines a Williamsburg dance bar with theatrical design, giving you places to wander as well as a DJ to follow.

The Grand Street space grew from the immersive-theater work of Roll the Bones. Its lost-mail-office premise is a fictional setting, with seating arranged for visitors to move through at their own pace.

Music bookings use areas called Cargo and the Foyer, sometimes with separate DJs. House, disco and soul appear on bills alongside other club music.
