East Village, in Manhattan
Nublu
Live Music Venue · 151 Avenue C
Nublu lets jazz groups, producers and DJs share an Avenue C program, with live playing and dance music often close together.
The East Village club's calendar includes small ensembles, Latin music and Producer Mondays with Ray Angry. Its record label gives some of the music a life beyond the stage.
Studio 151 upstairs has a separate food and DJ program. Check the location on the listing, since Nublu also presents events at its original Avenue C address.
