A venue for film and electronic art on the fourth floor of a Stagg Street building, where each week's program is put together by a different artist, critic or curator.
Thomas Beard and Ed Halter develop and oversee it. Handing each event to an outside presenter means the programming logic changes from one week to the next rather than following a single curatorial line.
Programs are frequently one-time-only and often pair a film with a talk from whoever assembled it. Public support comes from the city's Department of Cultural Affairs and the New York State Council on the Arts.
