Murray Hill, in Manhattan
The Cutting Room
Live Music Venue · 44 E 32nd St
A 30-foot guitar gives this Murray Hill music club a suitably oversized calling card, while the performances stay on a club scale.
Steve Walter and Chris Noth created the venue. Its stated purpose pairs developing artists with established performers who still want to play smaller shows.
Food and cocktails are part of the setup on East 32nd Street. The calendar ranges across acts, so a familiar name and an unfamiliar bill can bring different audiences.
