Food in Bellflower

A barbecue counter and bar on Belmont Street, in the building next to the comedy club, doing smoked meats with southern sides in a plain setting that has never pretended otherwise. There is a patio outside and a full bar in. Nothing here needs calling ahead.

Mon to Thu, 11am to 9pm. Fri and Sat, 11am to 10pm. Sun, 11am to 8pm

An open-air courtyard built out of repurposed shipping containers at Bellflower Boulevard and Oak Street, with eight independent counters around a shared seating yard. Tacos Arandas, Un Rinconcito Argentino and Panda Sal's handle most of the food, Off Duty pours beer and wine, and Pana's Café and Brown Cup Boba open at seven in the morning. Leashed dogs are welcome and there is no minimum spend to sit down.
