Outside in Canyon Country

A large city park on the east end of Soledad Canyon with open lawn, trails up into the hills behind it, an amphitheater and playing fields. It is open 6am to 10pm every day, which is a wider window than anything else out here, and it costs nothing. Worth it if you are already driving out to Canyon Country with time to spare rather than as a detour on its own.
