Hammer Museum
Culture
UCLA's museum at Wilshire and Westwood, free to everyone with no ticket and no reservation. The courtyard at the center is open off the street and people sit in it without going into a gallery at all. Exhibitions turn over often enough that a second visit is not a repeat.
Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Closed Monday. Public programs in the evening run later than the galleries
