The Montes family opened El Arco Iris on York Boulevard in Highland Park in 1964 and ran it until 2017, when they closed and later reopened in Lincoln Heights under a shortened name. The chile verde, mole poblano and carnitas came over with them.

Mon 11am to 9pm. Tue to Fri 11am to 10pm. Sat 10am to 10pm. Sun 10am to 9pm
