Vista TheaterA 1923 single-screen theater at the fork of Sunset and Hollywood, bought by Quentin Tarantino in 2021 and reopened in November 2023 after a restoration. It projects film only, 35mm and 70mm, with no digital. A twenty-seat second screen was added in 2024.

Tiki-TiRay Buhen, a Filipino immigrant who tended bar at Don the Beachcomber, opened this twelve-seat bar in 1961 in what had been his father-in-law's violin repair shop. His son and grandson, both named Mike, are the only two people who work there. It is closed more days than it is open.
