Masa of Echo ParkChicago deep dish baked to order in a pan, which means about forty minutes from ordering to eating. The shop opened on this stretch of Sunset in 2004 and makes its own masa and sauces. Order when you get there and drink something while it bakes.

One stage, one list, everybody in the same space rather than a private booth, which is the opposite of how most of Koreatown does it.
