Best Fish Taco in EnsenadaThe menu is three things: fish tacos, shrimp tacos, potato tacos. Corn tortillas are made on site and whoever takes your order fries the seafood behind the counter while you wait. You get the taco plain and then dress it yourself at a bar of cabbage, lime-soaked radish relish, chipotle crema and house salsas. A fish taco is $3.50, shrimp $4.25, potato $3.25.

Marty and Elayne held the residency here for nearly forty years until Marty Roberts died in January 2022, and the music kept going. The bar is long and you can sit at it without ordering dinner.
