Ascend Amphitheater

Outdoor Venue · 310 1st Ave S

Official siteDirections

A downtown amphitheater on the riverfront, with reserved seats up front, a lawn behind them and the Cumberland at your back.

The calendar leans toward touring acts that benefit from open air: rock, country, indie, and bigger Americana bills. The crowd splits between serious fans up front and social groups using the lawn as the whole night.

Warm weather only. Downtown access is the advantage: park once, eat on Broadway, walk to the gates. The riverfront setting is the best thing about the place.
