East Nashville

DRKMTTR

Venue · 1111 Dickerson Pike

Official site Directions

Kathryn Edwards launched it in 2015 via crowdfunding: all-ages, volunteer-run, and built on purpose for the punk and DIY scenes Nashville left with nowhere else to go.

Co-owned by Edwards and Olivia Scibelli of Idle Bloom. It's moved three times since founding: a house near Nashville City Cemetery, a former barbershop in The Nations, then the current Dickerson Pike spot. Became a federally recognized nonprofit in 2024. One of the only all-ages stages in the city.

The calendar stays close to punk, metal, indie, experimental, and underground touring acts. Built for community, not polish. That's exactly what makes it irreplaceable.
