Franklin
The Mockingbird Theater
Theater · 230 Franklin Rd, Franklin TN
A 170-seat theater in Building 6 at The Factory at Franklin, running music, comedy, and matinees on the same stage.
Building 6 housed the Boiler Room Theater and then The Little Brick Theater before the Mockingbird took it over. The seating is fixed, so a show here is a different proposition than a Nashville club.
The calendar swings widely, from metal bills to songwriter rounds to kids matinees, so check it by date rather than by reputation.
