Municipal Auditorium has the broad feel of an older all-purpose building: concerts and comedy, community-scale productions, sports-adjacent events. Part of Nashville's civic infrastructure as much as its music map.
Nobody comes here for nightlife. It matters anyway: it's the kind of building that holds the shows nothing else in town can.
