Domenico DeMarco opened this on the corner of Avenue J and East 15th in 1965 and made the pies himself, one at a time, for more than fifty years. He died in 2022 and it has kept going. San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil cut over the top as the pie comes out of an 800-degree oven. Fifteen seats, so most people eat standing or take it away.
