Skippy'sA hot dog truck that has stood on this stretch of Hylan Boulevard since 1962, now parked beside Last Chance Pond. Sabrett franks out of the water, topped with a bright red chili made on the truck, about three dollars. Dawn runs it, the chili runs out, and there is nowhere to sit.
