The Candlewyck DinerA Paterson Avenue diner in the Carlton Hill part of East Rutherford, open from seven in the morning to eleven at night, seven days a week. It runs the full diner card with breakfast served all day, and the booths turn over fast enough that a wait is short. This is the latest kitchen in the batch.
