Murray Hill, in Manhattan
Scandinavia House
Cultural Center · 58 Park Ave
Scandinavia House brings Nordic concerts and films to Murray Hill, with exhibitions offering another way into the same cultures.
The American-Scandinavian Foundation opened the building in October 2000. Polshek Partnership Architects designed it as the organization's headquarters and a home for cultural and educational programming.
Performances and lectures sit beside gallery visits on the calendar. A specific composer, artist or film can be the starting point for a wider look at the region.
