The brewery's New York taproom, in a warehouse on George Street off Metropolitan. Twenty rotating taps plus cocktails, natural wine and New York State cider, with a food pop-up in the space. The weekend noon open is the useful part.

Classic horror covers this dark Woodward bar, run by Tracy Bradbury and Chad Johnson, with a kitchen that runs to 11pm. The theme is played straight enough to be funny rather than grim. Brunch on weekends from noon.

Built in 1924 by immigrants from Gottschee, a German-speaking pocket of what is now Slovenia, and still run as a bar with a hall behind it. Imported and domestic beer at the bar. There are spirits too, with a short menu of German pub food. The front bar is the part you want.
