An Italian butcher on Graham Avenue run by the Aliperti family since 1974, making its own fresh sausage and dried soppressata behind the counter. Sandwiches are built to order. It closes at 6:30pm and is shut Sunday and Monday.

Three brothers from Italy opened this pasticceria on Manhattan Avenue in October 1976 and the family still runs it. Cannoli, gelato and espresso at a marble counter with seating at the back. It stays open to 11pm on weeknights and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Sunday to Thursday 8am to 11pm. Friday and Saturday 8am to midnight.
A diner that has sat on the corner of Metropolitan and Union since 1928 and reopened in September 2024 under Louis Skibar with chef Jackie Carnesi. It runs around the clock, which makes it the one certainty at 3am in this part of Brooklyn. Diner standards with a Texas accent.

Chef Ivan Garcia's Mexico City cooking on Graham Avenue, with a bar at the front and tables behind it. Weekend service starts at noon, which covers a day show. Weeknights it opens at 5pm.

Japanese small plates and sushi at communal tables on Bogart Street, a door from the L entrance. The menu carries a large vegan and vegetarian section rather than treating it as an afterthought. Dinner only, and the kitchen stops at 10pm.
